Order Collection Instructions

Opening Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Collection Point:

  • All collections are managed through the Church Street entrance.

Collection Process:

  • Order Reference Number: When arriving at the collection point, please provide the warehouse team with your collection reference number as detailed in your order confirmation.
  • Parking: You may park directly outside the blue roller shutter door (shown below).

By following these instructions, your collection experience will be streamlined and efficient.

The motor we needed wasn't in stock but she found an alternative and sent the spec sheets of both so we could compare the two. This was done without being asked so she anticipated our needs.
