Motovario Shaft Mounted Gearboxes

S Series. Up to 9,500Nm / 45kW / 100mm Shaft.

On all Motovario Gearboxes

Ideal for more arduous shaft mounted applications such as heavier duty conveyors and augurs, the Motovario S series shaft mounted gearbox is now available up to 90mm output shaft with a wealth of mounting options and possibilities.

Designed for direct mounting on the driven shaft, Motovario shaft-mounted gearboxes eliminate the need for additional couplings, adapters, or base plates. This streamlined design is perfect for conveyor systems and other material handling applications, offering efficient power transmission in a compact package

Shaft Mounted Gearbox Features

The Motovario S series shaft mounted gearbox is available 7 casing sizes with hollow output bores from 30mm to 90mm. Gearing with 2 and 3 reduction stages produces ratios between 4,06:1 to 394,69:1.  Constructed from cast iron casings for high mechanical strength, a shaft mounted gearbox can transmit more torque than a bevel helical gearbox from a more compact arrangement.  Suitable for motor powers up to 45kW.

Shaft Mounted Gear Box Applications

Motovario shaft mounted gearboxes design lend themselves to any direct shaft driven application such as conveyor systems, pumping applications, mixing and agitation equipment, industrial shredders and crushers.
